AmCham works closely with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce headquartered in Washington D.C, the world’s largest business organization representing the interests of more than 3 million businesses of all sizes, sectors and regions. AmCham Senegal is a member of (ANWAC) AmCham North and West Africa Council founded in 2015 by the AmChams of Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal, Ghana, Algeria, Congo, Gambia and Ivory Cost. The Council aims to bring members together at various forums to find common ways to collectively promote inter-regional trade and investment between North and West Africa countries and with the US. AmCham Senegal believes in an economic system based on free trade and open markets, private enterprise creates employment, prosperity and stable development. AmCham Senegal supports the success of its members by promoting a healthy business environment in Senegal, strengthening U.S.-Senegalese commercial ties, and providing high-quality business information and resources. Currently, we have 125 members comprised diverse group of representatives from business and organization.
